Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal - 14 calendar days

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason. This right is provided voluntarily and is consistent with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, applied for the benefit of all customers regardless of their country of residence.

2. Conditions for return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original undamaged packaging. For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, food supplement products with a broken or tampered seal cannot be returned once opened. This is a lawful exception under applicable consumer law for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons after being opened.

3. How to initiate a return

To start a return: email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt, stating your name, phone number and order details. We will send you return instructions and the return address within 2 business days. Once we have confirmed your return request, send the product using a tracked shipping service.

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is defective, damaged, or was incorrectly dispatched (wrong item). In those cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Since payment was made on delivery (cash or card to the courier), refunds will be issued by bank transfer. We will contact you to confirm your bank details before processing.

6. Order cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge at any point before it is dispatched. The easiest way to do this is during the operator confirmation call. You may also email us at any time. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return procedure above applies.

7. Declining the parcel at delivery

Because payment is made on delivery, you are never obligated to accept the package. If you choose not to accept it, the courier will return it to us and your order will be cancelled at no cost to you.
