We retain order and contact data for up to 3 years for business and legal record purposes, after which it is securely deleted. Cookie data is retained in accordance with section 11 and your preferences.

This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

This site uses the following third-party services that may process your data: Google Ads conversion tracking (to measure the effectiveness of advertisements - cookies: _gcl_au, _gcl_aw); Google Ads remarketing (to show relevant ads to previous visitors); Google Analytics (to analyse website traffic - cookies: _ga, _gid, _gat); Google Maps embed (on the Contact page, to display our location - governed by Google's Privacy Policy). These services are only activated for users who have consented to analytics or marketing cookies via the consent banner (Consent Mode v2).
